I've got some clients who have physical health concerns and wellness goals that we address in our sessions. We work on getting stronger, more flexible, and improving balance.
I've got other clients who have mental health struggles who really benefit from the mindfulness-based approach we take in our sessions. We work on breathing techniques, meditations, and other modalities of relaxation.
I've also got clients who just really love yoga and want to learn as much about it as they can. In these sessions, we look at yogic texts and philosophy and how to apply these principles to our daily lives.
