Photo Diary: Spring Equinox Retreat 2023

I always forgot to snap pictures but I’m so thankful for those who joined me this past Saturday for my Spring Equinox Retreat!

We had a wonderful morning of meditation, tea, smoothies, walking, art and all things yoga. We talked about how our practice can be used to support us through seasonal changes and how we can better adapt to natural rhythms of each season.

My next retreat will be the Summer solstice retreat in June - stay tuned for more details to come!
