Jason and I recently took Ollie for a weekend at Getaway. We both work here at the outpost in Asheboro. It's a collection of tiny cabins designed with escaping into nature in mind.
Getaway is all about disconnecting to reconnect & encourage taking a break from our devices. I personally think it would be a great location for a yoga retreat!
My favorite features are the big glass window, the adirondack chairs, the supply of books & fire pit. Ollie was a big fan of all the squirrels.
I really love that this little retreat is so close to home. It's nice to be able to getaway and enjoy a mini-staycation. There's walking trails and a big pond on site, not to mention its proximity to the zoo and other local attractions.
