Samskara is a Sanskrit term that refers to the grooves or pathways that are formed in our minds as a result of our repeated thoughts, actions, and behaviors. These pathways can be positive or negative, depending on the thoughts and actions that created them. In addition to being mental grooves, samskaras can also refer to ritual practices, as these repetitive actions can help to establish positive pathways in our minds.
