How are you taking care of yourself today / this week / this year?
#TakingCareTuesdays is a weekly reminder to spend a day nurturing you. These don’t have to be extravagant acts - making sure you drink enough water, eat enough food & get enough rest are all forms of self care.
Today, for me, self-care looks like spending some time on some creative projects, reading a little, and organizing the house.
And of course, you don’t have to reserve taking care of yourself for Tuesday’s. But I do think it’s helpful to have a dedicated day of the week to take care.
