Service Description
The Art of Deep Rest: 5 Week Yoga Nidra Series Monday Nights in March – 7:00 PM EST March is a natural transition point — winter lingers, but spring quietly approaches. This 5-week Yoga Nidra series is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and create space before the busyness of the season begins. Each Monday evening, we’ll gather for a gentle, fully supported practice that allows the body to rest while the mind softens. No experience is needed. You’ll be guided the entire time. Yoga Nidra can help: • Reduce stress and anxiety • Improve sleep quality • Support emotional regulation • Ease fatigue and burnout • Cultivate clarity and grounded energy All sessions will be recorded and available to participants, so you can revisit the practices throughout the week. The 5 week series is $60, online studio members can join for $50 or single sessions are $15. By joining the series, you gain access to recordings of sessions. Be sure to click "explore plans" when booking to get discounted rate. Studio members will need to reach out for discount code. This series is suitable for all levels and all bodies. Simply bring yourself, comfortable layers, and anything that helps you feel supported (blankets, bolster, pillow).
