The Summer Solstice is the doorway to the second half of the year. It is the height of the summer—the longest day and shortest night of the year. From this point until the winter solstice everything on Earth begins the process of turning within. We can use this time to focus on what we wish to nurture and develop in ourselves during the coming months. What do you want to encourage in your life? Join us at 7pm for a free sunset yoga class, meditation and bonfire! Session will be held at 8470 Chapel Hill Church Rd. There will be signs for YOGA CLASS to guide you to parking area.
