Join us for a peaceful evening of candlelight, reflection, and renewal as we honor the Winter Solstice. This special class begins with 30 minutes of gentle, mindful stretching to prepare the body, followed by 30 minutes of deeply restorative Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that brings profound rest and rejuvenation. Tickets are $25, and 30% of the proceeds will support our local resource center. Let's come together to give back and find inner warmth on this special night.
