at Getaway in Asheboro, NC

Address:

2846 Old Cox Rd

Asheboro, NC

Cost:

$750 - includes lodging, yoga and mindfulness sessions, art activity, reiki session and a meal per day.

Details

The fall equinox is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year.

It's an invitation to reconnect with your body, joyously reflect on your year, release what’s not working, recommit to your intentions, and draw inward. When we say yes to this process, we’re able to return to our essence, strengthen our root system, and plant meaningful seeds for our next seasons.

We will be meeting from Friday September 22nd to Sunday September 24th. Cost of the retreat is $750 (Studio members receive a $15 discount, message us for discount code). A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required to hold your space and will be due by June 30th.

We have 12 spots available. Groups are small, with lots of space and personal attention. No experience is necessary and beginners are very welcome.

We’ll be focusing on self-care, grounding, and resourcing ourselves in preparation for the upcoming fall season. Daily yoga classes, meditation, a daily meal & more are included with this retreat. Supplies for yoga practice and art activity will be provided. Complimentary thirty minute reiki sessions will be available to schedule between activities.

Upon registration, you'll receive a questionnaire to provide dietary preferences and complete a health waiver.

Celebrating special occasions with like-minded people is always a powerful experience, so make plans to join us at this yoga retreat.

I'm afraid that at this time, this facility is NOT wheelchair accessible. If that prevents you from joining, please reach out to see about other options.
