This 4-week online yoga series combines gentle yet energizing yoga, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, grounding breathwork, and simple reflection tools to help you create sustainable habits—without forcing, pushing, or overloading yourself in January. Each week, we’ll explore practices that help you: -Awaken and energize your body -Support digestion and healthy circulation -Reduce stress and calm the mind -Build small, meaningful practices that fit naturally into your life -Reconnect with Sankalpa—your heartfelt intention You’ll learn how to align your goals with winter’s natural rhythms of warmth, clarity, steadiness, and rest—so your growth unfolds in a sustainable way. What’s Included: ✔ 4 weekly live online classes (60 minutes) ✔ Guided movement + breathwork + meditation ✔ Reflection prompts ✔ Gentle integration of yoga philosophy (Sankalpa, Tapas, Sthira/Sukha, Abhyasa/Vairagya) ✔ Ayurvedic seasonal tips for winter wellness ✔ Access to recordings for the full series This series is for you if you want a calm, intentional start to the year that honors your whole self. The series meets Mondays at 7 PM EST for 4 weeks, starting January 5th, and will be held online via Zoom.
