Wedding preparations can be stressful. Almost 96% of brides experience high levels stress that physically manifest in their body. Adding a fully-customized yoga practice to the planning stages or day of the wedding helps grooms, brides and their family, and friends be present, relax, celebrate, and find a deeper enjoyment of the rituals. Every class includes a unique yoga sequence. As a result, you will feel reduced physical tension and therefore, lower levels of stress For the individual: Be focused and present for your special day. This session will help you tone up physically and mentally in preparation for your wedding. Privates can also be grouped with a series of sessions prior to the wedding to help you find clarity, grounding and peace of mind. 1 Private Session – $65 6 Class Package – $350 12 Class Package – $650 For the couple: A way to create a space of calm and quite, a sacred moment for the just the two of you to come to breathe, move and laugh together. Moving through a heart opening, relaxing meditative, yoga session created just for you. Bringing back into light the reason behind this whole event; your love, your friendship, your life together. 1 Private Session – $90 6 Class Package – $500 12 Class Package – $900 For the crew: Spend the first part of your special day relaxing with family and friends. Get those wedding jitters out, and spend an hour doing yoga on your wedding day with the people who matter most to you. Book this session for you and your family, or if you have a friend getting married, book this session for them! For 4-8 – $150 For 9-12 – $250 For 13-16 – $350 For 17+ – $400 These sessions generally take place in the home, at your venue, hotel or in a local park, if the weather is nice! Not all couples identify with labels of bride or groom, and that’s ok! I am here to affirm and celebrate you. These sessions are open to non-binary, gender-fluid, and gender non-conforming individuals, too.

Cancellation Policy
