Mantras are just simply words, sounds, and phrases repeated to aid in concentration and meditation. .Chakras are energy centers in the body that affect and influence wellbeing. There are seven main chakras. Each chakra spins like a wheel, allowing energy to move through the body keeping the whole mind-body system in balanced state. However, chakras can become imbalanced, usually because of an emotional blockage. Since the chakra system works as a harminous form, when one chakra is out of balance the whole system becomes dysfunctional. This can manifest itself into our every day lives and affects our daily functioning. But do not fret! The ckakras can be realigned with the right skills and tools. The main ways of healing the chakra system is through meditation, yoga, affirmations, crystal healing and altars. A mantra that you repeat to yourself either verbally or internally can help you to open your chakras.
