I know, I know. You've got tightness in the back of the legs. Maybe you can't bend over and touch your toes, or maybe you overdid it last yoga class. I can't give you an miracle overnight cure but with just a little bit of effort each day, you can find freedom and relief in the back of your legs. Here are six yoga poses that will stretch those hammies and make you feel gooooood. Remember to take shapes that feel right for your body & BREATHE!!! You can do these poses individually or weave them together in a flow.
Kneeling Low Lunge
Downward Facing Dog
Don't forget to do these on both sides of the body! You can create a flow moving from pose to pose, or just take it slow and hold each one for a while. Be sure to pay attention to how it feels and really try to take shapes that support your body. Breathing is really important so take deep inhales, and long exhales! If you have ANY concerns whatsoever feel free to message me! As with any exercise regime, be sure to consult with your physician first! I hope you enjoy these poses and let me know if they bring you happy hamstrings!!
